“Scofflaw” isn’t a word you hear every day, but it was pretty popular in the Prohibition era. During those dreadfully dry days, this word was invented to shame those who couldn’t resist breaking the nation’s new anti-drinking laws. However, it appears drinkers didn’t take this term too seriously. In fact, they openly made fun of “Scofflaw” by naming a drink after it!
Please don’t forget to add a squeeze of Tribe CBD oil to this speakeasy treat. Oh yeah, and don’t worry about breaking any rules; Tribe CBD oil is federally legal!
CBD Scofflaw Recipe
US drug policy has changed a great deal since the Prohibition era. Not only is alcohol legal in the USA, cannabis is going mainstream. While marijuana remains illegal at the federal level, more states are opening up to recreational and medical cannabis.
However, customers need to know that “hemp” is not the same as “marijuana.” Each of these words refers to unique variants from the Cannabis sativa genus. As of 2018, industrial hemp is legal in the USA, provided it has ≤ 0.3 percent THC. So, as long as your CBD products come from a legit hemp farm, they are legal in America.
Tribe CBD always sends our capsules, tinctures, and edibles to third-party labs for thorough cannabinoid analysis. We guarantee you won’t have to worry about legal hassles when ordering hemp products from our website. For more info on our screening procedures, please feel free to click this link.

Don’t Forget: CBG Is Legal, Too!
Please remember that the 2018 US Farm Bill didn’t just legalize CBD products. According to this revolutionary law, all hemp cannabinoids besides delta 9 THC are legal for cultivation, extraction, and purchase in the USA. Thanks to this new bill, many secondary cannabinoids like CBG have seen tremendous growth. In fact, Tribe CBD now offers CBG capsules to meet the growing demand for this rare cannabinoid.
