CBD Black Rose Cocktail Recipe
Thanks to their high antioxidant concentrations, berries often rank as the healthiest fruits on earth. While all berries have exceptional healing properties, nutritionists recently singled out one exotic fruit: the black raspberry.
According to Johns Hopkins researchers, black raspberries have off-the-charts antioxidant levels plus a healthy dose of fiber. Best of all, these deep-hued cultivars have low sugar content.
Unfortunately, since black raspberries are difficult to cultivate, they are relatively rare in supermarkets. However, nutritionists claim you could experience many of the benefits of these unique fruits with a handful of well-washed blackberries.
While blackberries and black raspberries may have more antioxidants than many fruits, that doesn’t mean other berries are “bad” for you. As long as you’re adding a few cups of berries to your weekly diet, you’ll be doing your body good.
Ingredients
- 1 oz bourbon
- ¼ oz grenadine
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- ¼ oz lemon juice
- 1 dropperful Tribe CBD oil
- Fresh blackberries, washed
Directions
- Pour bourbon, grenadine, Angostura bitters, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake for a few seconds
- Strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass
- Top with Tribe CBD oil and a skewer of blackberries
