Who said you need hard seltzer to have a good time? There are plenty of ways to spritz up a can of unflavored seltzer without booze. For instance, we’ve put together a brilliantly bubbly mix of lime, mint, and soda water.
While this may not be as mellow as a mojito, it’s an excellent alternative for folks on a non-alcohol diet. Plus, since we’re adding some Tribe CBD oil to this mix, we’re pretty sure you’ll feel relaxed while sipping this lovely drink.
CBD Lime & Mint Seltzer Recipe
When you look at limes and lemons, it’s easy to tell them apart. However, did you know both of these citrus fruits have near-identical nutritional profiles? Even more interesting, pirates once prized these pungent fruits because they helped ward off “scurvy.”
For all of you who don’t speak sailor, “scurvy” is a term used to describe vitamin C deficiency. During the early days of exploration, doctors discovered that diets high in limes and lemons helped ward off this terrible disease. However, as scientists learned more about scurvy and citrus fruits, they realized the vitamin C was responsible for all these benefits.
In terms of flavor, limes and lemons tend to have a discernible difference. Indeed, most people claim limes are slightly more acidic than lemons. However, no citrus fruit could beat the bitterness of bergamot. If you want to learn more about what bergamot is, you’ve got to read our previous post on spiked CBD Earl Grey Tea.

You probably don’t need us to tell you that sugary sodas aren’t healthy. Indeed, Harvard Medical School claims soda consumption drives up your risk of multiple issues like heart disease and type 2 diabetes.
One easy way to enjoy a “soda-like” experience while improving your health is to switch to seltzer water. However, you always have to double-check your manufacturer didn’t add sugar back into their seltzer products. For optimal health benefits, it’s recommended you stick with plain seltzer water and add fresh ingredients at home.
In addition to lime juice and mint sprigs, many people enjoy putting fresh ginger pieces into their glass of seltzer. You could also experiment with a few frozen berries or cucumber slices to make your seltzer more exciting.

CBD For OAB? — Why CBD Oil May Help With Hydration
Everyone knows they should drink more hydrating beverages, but many complain about constantly running to the restroom. Well, did you know Tribe CBD oil may be able to help with that? Although there aren’t any studies on CBD for overactive bladder, researchers discovered we have cannabinoid receptors in the genitourinary tract. Thus, there’s a possibility that cannabinoids like CBD could relax overactive nerves in this area of the body.
Of course, more research needs to be done on how hemp affects the bladder. However, the initial findings from these studies are promising for OAB sufferers.
